We recognize the diverse needs and busy schedules of our families and staff, so we’ve designed our PTA General Assembly meetings to be flexible and inclusive.

• Meeting Format: To maximize accessibility,  we will have our General Assembly Meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm, with the exception of our January 12, 2027 PTA Summer Camp Fair. The meetings will be held in a Hybrid Format (in-person and virtually) alternating between MKES and PCES schools, please see our calendar to know what location our meeting is being held.  We strive to have a Spanish translator when available. 

• Hybrid Meetings: They are designed to cover school updates, PTA activities and provide clarification on any MCPS updates (snow closures, curriculum changes, etc). We hope to build our school community, meet and mingle with other parents and caregivers.
  For these meetings we request adults only.
